At Kahwa Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your roast; if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer returns or replacements within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of beans or ground coffee.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and send a return authorization along with a prepaid shipping label if the item is eligible for return.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unopened coffee or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee immediately.
